Terms of booking.

These terms apply to games, private events and gift cards booked with Lockwood Rooms in Columbus, Ohio. By booking, you agree to them on behalf of your whole group.
Bookings and prices
Standard price is $32 per player; $36 per player Friday and Saturday after 5 PM
Every booking is private to your group, with a minimum of 2 players
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax
Payment is taken at the venue by card on the day
Arrival and late groups
Please arrive 15 minutes early for the briefing. If you arrive late, we will do our best to run a full game, but the clock may start on time so the next group isn’t delayed.
Rescheduling
You can move a booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time. Changes inside 48 hours may be charged at 50% of the booking value, except in cases of illness or bad weather, which we handle kindly.
Private events
Event bookings are held with a 25% deposit. Head counts can change until 72 hours before the event. The deposit is applied to the final bill.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for two years from purchase, can be used in any room and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance stays on the card.
Conduct
Please don’t force locks, climb on props or bring food, drinks or alcohol into the rooms. We may end a game without refund if a player puts others or the room at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
