Every player signs a short participation waiver when they check in. This page summarizes what it says so there are no surprises at the door. The signed waiver is the document that applies.
You are never locked in
Every room has an exit that stays unlocked for the whole game. A game master watches every room live and can open the lights, stop the game or come in at any time.
What the waiver covers
You play at your own pace and choose not to run, climb or force props
You tell staff about conditions that may be affected by low light, sound effects or small spaces
You follow the safety briefing and staff instructions
You accept normal risks of moving around a themed room, such as bumping into furniture
Minors
Players under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver. Players under 14 must play with an adult in the room, and age guidance for each room is listed on its page.
Accessibility
Three rooms are step-free and we adapt audio and lighting on request. Call us before booking and we will plan the visit with you.
