This policy explains what Lockwood Rooms collects when you visit our website, book a game or play in our rooms, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Booking details you send us: name, email, phone, group size, date, time and notes
Messages you send through the contact form or by email
Gift card details: purchaser and recipient names and email addresses
Basic, anonymous website analytics such as pages viewed and device type
Cameras in the rooms
Every room has cameras and microphones so a game master can watch the game, give clues and keep everyone safe. The feed is watched live and is not recorded or stored.
Photos
We take a group photo at the exit and email it to the person who booked. We only post photos on social media when everyone in the photo agrees.
How we use your information
To confirm, prepare and run your booking
To send the room briefing and your group photo
To answer questions and plan private events
To improve our rooms and website
We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run bookings, email and payments, and only as much as they need.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for two years for tax and gift card purposes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails. We reply within 30 days.
